LMFT Board Approved Clinical Supervision

Building a strong foundation in the mental health field takes support. If you are interested in working with a MN board approved supervisor that balances validation with assistance in healthy growth and development, let’s connect!

Supervision is a fluid process that allows for personal and professional growth. There will be roles of teacher, consultant, and counselor at times in supervision. This intention is to assist the supervisee to develop greater awareness of the dynamics in their client interaction and experience in addition to developing a stronger sense of self.

Goals for supervision are developed through collaboration by both the supervisee and supervisor in order to identify areas for growth, including but not limited to multicultural humility, clinical documentation, ethics, pursuit of licensure, direct client care, clinical interventions, and education requirements. Goals will be developed in accordance with current standards of practice and ethics in the field. As new information is gathered, goals may be adjusted to ensure best practices are honored as well as areas that will best support the support the development of supervisees.

I have completed 45 hours of Approved Clinical Supervisor training from the University of Mankato in order to prepare for supporting others as a clinical supervisor. I provide board approved supervision to clinicians that are seasoned, recently graduated, as well as those just starting out in their practicum experience in the hopes of helping them developing competence in their practice as a mental health professional. Supporting supervisees while working to ensure that their client needs are ethically met is my goal. Fees: $100 per hour for individual supervision, $75 per hour per person for dyad supervision, and $50 per hour per person for group supervision.
